A training program aimed at training Saudi university students, building their skills, and helping them acquire the basic skills necessary to prepare them to join the labor market.
Through a careful and merit-based selection process, outstanding final-year students from the best universities in various parts of the Kingdom will be nominated. Saudi students will join the Pioneers Program, where they will participate in a 7-month training as part of their graduation requirements. Students participating in the program will have the opportunity to learn about various sectors, develop business management skills, and engage with a group of McKinsey employees for mentoring and training. Saudi students nominated will join the Pioneers Program, where they will participate in a 7-month internship as part of their graduation requirements.
